• Blog posts are subject to review and approval before publication (unless auto-approve is enabled).

• Do not spam, harass, or abuse other users.
• Do not upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without permission.

• Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you retain premium access until the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time subscribers if you are not satisfied.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

• The platform, its design, logo, and original content are owned by us and protected by copyright.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform's code or design without permission.
• User-generated content remains the property of the respective authors.
• If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with details.

• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Content published by users does not represent our views or opinions.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content.
• Use of the platform and its tools is at your own risk.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limits may not apply to you.

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
• Content you have published may remain on the platform after account deletion unless you request removal.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
